Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Psych AI account and data. Psych AI is published on Google Play by Clemor.

Delete in the app or website (fastest)

1. Open the Psych AI app, or go to psychai.online/app, and log in.
2. Tap the profile icon to open My account.
3. Scroll to Account control and tap Delete account permanently.
4. Enter your password to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Can't log in? Ask us by email

Email support@psychai.online from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm it's you and delete the account within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your name, email address and password hash
• Your saved learning progress, XP, streaks and settings
• Your certificates (their check links stop working)
• Your login sessions on all devices

What we keep, and for how long

• Payment and refund records (dates, amounts and payment reference IDs, with no card or UPI details) are kept for up to 8 years where Indian tax law requires it.
• Messages you sent to support may be kept for up to 1 year, then deleted.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account turns off auto-renewal for web subscriptions. If you subscribed in the Android app, also cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, because Google manages that billing.

Only want a break?

You can deactivate instead from My account. Log back in within 30 days to restore everything; after 30 days a deactivated account is deleted.

Data on your device

Progress saved in the app or browser on your device stays there until you uninstall the app, clear the browser's site data, or use My account → Reset progress.
