1. About these terms

These terms apply to the Psych AI website (psychai.online), web app and Android app (together, "Psych AI"). By creating an account, starting the free trial or subscribing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Psych AI.

2. Educational use only

Psych AI is a self-learning service for education and general awareness. It is not a licensed, accredited or certified course, and it is not approved by any university, the UGC, the RCI or any other regulator. Completing it does not give a qualification.

3. Not medical advice

Nothing in Psych AI is medical, psychological or legal advice, diagnosis or treatment. Interview Room patients are fictional. Self-check questionnaires are screening tools only. Always consult a qualified professional about your health. If you are in crisis, call 112 or Tele-MANAS on 14416.

4. Our content

Lessons are our own plain-language summaries of openly available textbooks, published research and reputable sources, explained with everyday examples, with sources listed. We work to keep content accurate, but research changes and errors can happen. The app design, text, animations and code belong to us. You may use Psych AI for your personal learning; you may not copy, scrape, resell, record or redistribute its content.

5. Your account

Give accurate details and keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account. You can log out, deactivate your account (log back in within 30 days to restore it) or delete it permanently from My account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service, share paid access, or break these terms.

6. Free trial and subscription

New users get a 7-day free trial with limited content. Premium costs ₹599 per user per year (prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise) and renews automatically each year until cancelled. On the web, payments are processed by Razorpay (including UPI AutoPay e-mandates); in the Android app, by Google Play. We never see or store your card or UPI details. We'll show the price before you pay, and we'll tell you in advance of any price change.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Web purchases: cancel within 48 hours of your first payment for a full refund. After 48 hours you can turn off auto-renewal at any time and keep Premium until the end of the paid year; there are no partial refunds. Android purchases follow Google Play's policies. 8. Acceptable use

Don't misuse Psych AI: no hacking, reverse engineering, bypassing payment or security features, automated scraping, or uploading harmful content.

9. Age

Psych AI is designed for users aged 13 and above. If you are under 18, please use it with a parent's or guardian's permission; a parent or guardian must make any purchase.

10. Liability

Psych AI is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on the content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll notify you in the app and ask you to accept them again.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue. Unresolved disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Clemor Inc in India.
